Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, birthdate, home court, avatar photo, and city/region.
• Your skill rating, rating history, and stamps/milestones.
• Your club memberships, posts, comments, and announcements you authored.
• Your direct messages and club chat messages.
• Your friend connections and pending invites.
• Your push notification token and registered device.
• Your subscription record (any active Premium subscription must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel billing).

Match history shared with other players — like a completed game's score — may be retained in de-identified form so the record stays accurate for everyone else who played in it. Nothing in that retained data identifies you by name, email, or photo.

Request deletion

Submit the form below with the email address on your account. We'll verify it's you, then delete your account and data within 30 days.
